The first stop in your journey

Packet Pick Up

All weekend participants are required to visit Lummus Park on Saturday for Packet Pick Up and mandatory bike drop-off within the Transition area. Prior to obtaining their race packets, participants are required to present a state or federally-issued photo ID.

The race venue also features a pre-race Open Water Swim Session, vendor Expo, a variety of Athlete Briefings and an Ask A Coach kiosk to ensure athletes and spectators alike are ready for the big day. There is absolutely no race day Packet Pick Up and/or bike drop-off.

Packet Pick Up will be held from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Lummus Park (700 Ocean Drive) in Miami Beach, Florida. Visit the Schedule page for detailed schedule.  There is absolutely no race day Packet Pick Up and/or bike drop-off.

Athlete Briefings

The 2018 South Beach Triathlon weekend features a variety of unique experiences for all athletes, including expanded specialty waves and divisions, a revamped officiating process, revised relay team instructions and a qualifying program for the 2018 Life Time Tri Championship. To ensure all athletes are fully-aware of, and prepared for, these changes, the Athlete Briefing schedule will be doubled from previous years.

All participants (individual and relay participants within both Classic and International distances) are strongly advised to attend one of six Athlete Briefings before obtaining their packet. These 30-minute sessions will be held in the Athlete Briefing Tent, adjacent to the Expo on the beach (near the Finish Line) and include plenty of time for Q&A with race staff and officials.
